Default Changing the name from app on market

Hello, Is there anyway to change the name of an app on the market without sending it or removing it again, maybe with a new version of the app? thanks.

You can only change the name of your app in the AppStore when submitting a new version, but it's very simple. Just edit the name in iTunesConnect.

Ok, sorry i'm a little confused on what to do here. When I add a new version, when do I get the opportunity to change the name of the app?

When you're looking at your app details, next to 'Version Information' is a button cryptically named 'Edit'.... click that.
