How to change Template design of an application dynamically?

How can I change the entire application template or design when application user edit the theme settings?
Actually I wanted that when user wants to edit the Theme settings he/she will be able to change the color or theme of the application from those settings.
Any suggestions or demo code will help.

what you need to change exactly? a background? the color of the labels?

however the idea is to write am method that do it programmatically.

actually both....labels color and background image too....but right now i would like to know about labels color...please programmatically show me how to do this...

Changing label color is trivial

someLabel.textColor = [UIColor redColor];
someLabel.backgroundColor = [UIColor redColor];

You can also change with RGB values etc.
