Did Apple ever Respond to your TSI?

I am having huge problems with xCode 4(it crashes if I try to Clean and Build). So I used a TSI. I waited 5 days. Thay sent no email back execpt the automated followup. in my profile it still says I have 2 TSI's left. How long should I wait before I receive an answer.

I gave them a sample project, instructions on how to recreate the problem and instructions to a weird temporary solution I was using. plus the crash log.

My Xcode 4.0 crashed many times, but I did not remember Xcode 4.1 crashed. Are you using Xcode 4.1?

One request I sent took a matter of hours, another took about a week.

The information they came back with, though, was very good both times.

No I am still on 4.0.2 That's cause I still have mac 10.6 I think 4.1 is only available for lion.
