ApplicationVerificationFailed Error

Hey everyone,

I am getting a strange error that is really frustrating me and am hoping to find the solution here. This error is occurring any time I try to test an application on my iphone (2.2). For the record, I am signed up as a developer, and as far as I know all certificates and provisioning profiles have been installed correctly. The HelloWorld XCode project runs perfectly fine in the simulator, but whenever I attempt to test on my device, it appears to compile correctly, but when it attempts to install, I get this message: Your mobile device has encountered an unexpected error (0xE800003A). ApplicationVerificationFailed. I have tried doing a Clean All in XCode, and I have restored my iPhone twice, though Organizer and iTunes, still to no avail. If anyone has any ideas, please don't hesitate to let me know, I am willing to try anything at this point. Thanks so much!

maybe try to enter your app ID in "bundle identifier" in the info plist file? apple says xcode automatically does it but it doesn't.

i know that solved that same error message for some people.

Did you select the proper provisioning profile in the build settings of the target you are building?
