Map View for street names.

Is it possible to use the map view in order to find out which is the current street name that the user is located?

I'm asking this cause i'm developing an app that has to do with properties that are for renting or sale and needs to implement a search function according to the user location.

you can use google api geocoding for that, you can retrieve the address starting from lat\lon
