Not scroll part of a UITableView

Hi,

I have a UITableView which has a UIWebView as a footer. Currently, I can scroll everything properly, vertically and horizontally, if necessary.
When I scroll vertically, I want everything to be scrollable, just like I have now.
However, when I scroll horizontally, I just want to scroll the footer. What I'm trying to achieve is the same as the email viewer of the Mail App. If you zoom in a message, then you can scroll horizontally the message content, but the from, to, etc don't move. If you scroll vertically everything moves.
Any ideas concerning how could I achieve this? The current code I have is the following:

    self.emailDetailsTableView.scrollEnabled = YES;
    [self.webViewContent sizeToFit];

    [self.tableView setContentSize:CGSizeMake(self.webViewContent.frame.size.width, self.webViewContent.frame.size.height)];
