Hi I am new to MAC and Iphone dev. I have been able to make Hello World and run it in the simulator. I paid the $99 so that I can develop applications. I have tried to run the hello world on my iPhone and I get a code signing error.
Line Location Tool:0: CodeSign error: Code Signing Identity 'iPhone Developer' does not match any code-signing certificate in your keychain. Once added to the keychain, touch a file or clean the project to continue.
Is there some where that I need to put come code from apple in xcode?
I'm sorry, I'm stuck - paid $99, got approved, attached iPod Touch to my Mac, created sertificate request file on a desktop - and stuck, can't figure out where to send/upload this request and where to get the sertificate from?
Thanks!
in the Program Portal, there's a "How To" tab in each of the categories, i.e. Certifications, Devices, Provisioning, etc. Within the tabs, it's clearly laid out how to the process goes
Thanks, I thought I had automatically registered for the the iPhone developer program as a member of the main Apple Developer group, but I had not... that was the problem. There was no "program portal" to view these steps. Took a couple of tries but now I'm in and I see what you're talking about. Thanks.
