Root View Controller view outlet and NIB Name Set - Warning

Hello all,
2 of my NIB's currently show a warning on build stating:

Root View Controller view outlet and NIB Name set

If I click on the warning it opens the View within the NIB, and within the Connections inspector shows view connected to view, but greyed out, rather than the normal.

Any hints about this? Both NIB's were clones that have been tweaked slightly...

Having the same issue, have you fixed?

Nibs are views. Do you want the controller to load the view that you connected the outlet to or do you want it to load the view from the nib file you specified?
