Opening the e-mail app with a curtain string
I want the user to press a button and it opens up the e-mail app with something that they have already written. Sorta like the Ad Hoc Helper app.

Read the document "iPhone URL Scheme Reference". It has a section just for "mailto" URLs including how to pass a subject and body.
