Weird error when trying to zoom in on a ScrollView

I get this error when im trying to zoom in on a scroll view,

Ignoring call to [UIPanGestureRecognizer setTranslation:inView:] since gesture recognizer is not active.

Can anyone help?

post the code that involve uiscrollview, and if possible post a sample of the app.
