Admob Account Disabled

Recently my owned admob account is disabled by admob without any notice reason is:
"Your account has been disabled for invalid activity or repeated policy violations. Some examples include recurring manual clicks or impressions, violation of our content policies which can be found here, robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as pay-to-click, pay-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. If you have any questions or concerns about the actions we've taken, how you can appeal this decision, or invalid activity in general, you can find more information here."

I have call admob ad only once during launch time on my application. No no manual click or automated click was generated. But admob do this with my few thousands of $.

SO what should I do??

And currently which ad network is best suited for me. Please let me know by replying some one.

can happen, i heard someone that was banned because his account was banned from adsense (and after 1 month has been banned also from admob)...

If you think to be on right side, just contact them....

Please some one let me know currently which ad network (except iAd) is best for iOS Application.

AdMob. But there's lots of them, do a few Google searches and you'll find them.

I have heard some say that the MobFox | Mobile Advertising. Simplified. is far better than admob. Better payouts

I just started working with Matomy Mobile on my 2 apps, and what I liked the best is that they have huge inventory from all over the world..highly recommended...
