How to make keyboard disappear upon touching Return

A beginner here. Help appreciated.

I created a textfield to input some text; but after touching Return, the keyboard doesn't disappear. How do I make the keyboard disappear after touching Return? Also, how could I make the keyboard go to the next textfield upon touching Return?
