Default Crash camera app in iPhone 4

My camera.app continues to crash and stay at a "steady-state" with the shutter image closed. Interestingly enough, this only happens after I have reset all settings which allows me to be able to use the back camera, but after switching the toggle for front camera this is when the crash occurs, and there's no way back. Help please! This is what I see:

He's just making a general statement that his iPhone Front Camera wont generally work. I would advise a restore.

Well then he posted in the wrong forum section

It did strike me as odd that the bundle id was com.apple.camera and I thought about saying that it's a poor choice
