How can i change the Artist Name (Company Name) for my App?

My App has been rejected by Apple. The reason: Apple said, the Artist Name (Company Name) doesn't match with the name of my App.

So AppReview-Team told me to send an eMail to itunesconnect@apple.com.

They answered: Please send an eMail to devprograms@apple.com

Now I found a telephone hotline here in Germany, but what is all in all the right way?

Any idea, what's the best and quickest way to change the Artist Name (Company Name)?

Sitting here, the App is ready (they told me at AppReview that they have no problems with the content), waiting und waiting...but to mail-answer from devprograms@apple.com...
