quartz drawing images with rotation

Hey,

I am trying to draw an image using quartz and then to rotate it a specific angle. I am having huge trouble with it and was wondering if anyone could help me. I have the image file and I want to draw it using quartz but I don't know how. I also don't know how to rotate that drawing as it is being created. I don't have to turn it after it has been created so I am set there.
Any code bits would be greatly appreciated.
