Talking tabbar app shifting issue: switching between viewcontroller and navigationcontroller

Hi forummates,

I have a tabbar controller based app, and the app has 4 tabs. 2 of the tabs are Navigation controllers(navigation bar hidden), and the other 2 tabs are normal View controllers.

The problem is when I switching between a normal View controller and a Navigation controller, their views shift up and down for a distance like 20 pix to their final position. The normalViewcontroller.vew shift down, while the navigationcontroller.view shift up.

Appreciate for your time for viewing my thread.

Cheers. Happy Coding.

I think you should be able to solve this through Interface Builder.

Its hard to say what exactly cause i don't know the structure inside your views.
Try playing with Clip Subviews or Resize Subviews options..

Hi thanks, I didn't find a solution after playing with Clip Subviews and Resize.
Finally, I set all the tabs to NavigationController, which is not a good choice. However, it works.
