Simple question about ASIHTTP request?

I'm really new to iOS development, so I hope you all can help me on this very basic question.

I want to create an app where the user can post text to a website. So the page would really just have a editable text box and a submit function. What is the best way to do this? Would an ASIHTTP request work? Does anyone know a good tutorial that could help me out?

Look in the tutorial forum for the one about submitting High Scores in PHP. It's very similar to what you need, and uses NSURLConnection. You could certainly do it with ASIHTTP as well.
