Twitter Lists App

I am looking for some direction on how to create an iPhone/iPad app that displays the tweets of a chosen twitter list. Most of the twitter apps have this as an option, but I want one that only will display the lists that I create. The user would first choose from one of my numerous lists, then only those tweets would display. Is there an API just for lists? Any thoughts?
