Need help with UIScrollView (I'll pay)

Hey, I need a UIScrollView with Images. And I want it to stop at every image so the user has to scroll again to get to the next image. But here is the tricky part: When the user has scrolled to the next images an action will happen. Just a normal IBAction.

I know that it's possible but I haven't managed to do it.

So I really want a source code for it. If you'd like a payment for doing it, we could work something out!
