Changes needed to make to the server for wireless distribution of an Iphone app?

I have an enterprise account. I have already setup the app download using dropbox.com as suggested by - (iOS Wireless App Distribution [Updated] JeffreySambells.com), which works perfectly. My problem is i have to set it up on a secured server of my University. I already have set up the IIS server for MIME type too, but have not been able to download the application using the same process. When i click on the install application link, nothing happens.
