Default Customizing AddressBook

Hi all,

I want to open the Address Book in my application,so i wanna ask you that which container will be better to display the AddressBook,imean shall i use UIPickerView or UITableView.
Will i also have to create the UITableViewCont sub class in my application?

seeking your suggestion.

You can use the table view as will have more detials to show about the user.
