How Could I Make a UIImageView Rotate While I Am Dragging it?

Hi all!,

This is my first post in this forum.

I could make that an image follow my finger in the screen, so the position of the image will be same as my finger touch position, but I would like to give it some effect like if I move it to the right then it would rotate a little to the right and velocity of rotation will vary depending on how fast I move my finger to the right. It would be very easy for me on XNA but I transferred to Mac now so I feel like a novice .
