Crashing for end-users but not me

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a big issue with my app. I recently completely re-wrote the application and thought it would work better for everyone, but apparently the application is crashing for many users. I've tried a few different things and can't figure out what is causing the issue >_>; So, I'm going to look to you guys for help and feedback as I can't really talk to anyone in the app store reviews.

My application is "QuestionMe for Formspring". If you could help me out and download the application telling me your device, the version of iOS you're using, if you had the application installed previously, and how far you got using it before it crashed (or that it didn't crash if that happens!), I'd really appreciate it!

Apple lets you download crash reports from itunesConnect; if you saved the .DSYM file from the build you sent to apple then you can symbolicate the crash logs and see what line it crashed on.

You should also find some beta testers to test the app for you; you never know when different hardware, OS versions, time zones, language settings, and usage patterns will uncover a bug.

Oi, thank you. That helped me solve an issue immediately by adjusting some server code.
