Twitter user search url

Hi all!

I'm wondering if someone knows if there is a url out there to search twitter users without authentication?

I know there is the search url: http://search.twitter.com/search.json?q=iphonedevsdk

And the user timeline url: http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/user.json

But what about a url to search for users?
