JPEG HW Decoder access API

Hello List,

Is there any procedure/API provided in iphone SDK to access iphone JPEG HW Decoder for decompressing JPEG image?

I plan to use JPEG hardware decoder to decompress jpeg image for achieving peformance. Please comment!

I also need to get the hardware decode timing for jpeg.

you can't use AppleJPEGDriver for an app that should go to appstore.....

actually you can use only software encode\decode.

hey,I will not be giving it to appstore.it is just for my own study
that I was curious about the hardware decode time which Apple might provide on its devides.Any leads?AppleJpegDriver API does not look available as far as I could see.
