How to shorten my iphone game's URL???

Hi,

I'm new to iphone development...I just made my game and I wonder how to shorten the URL because I'd like to text it to my buddies.

My game's name is pretty long..."super pirate, plunderer of world treasures"

and link is like this: url=http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/super-pirate-plunderer-world/id392578200?mt=8

Please help me!! will be waiting for the answer online!

You mean... like... the link? Just use something like bit.ly.

No...I mean...I still like to have the itunes prefix. something like:

As far as I know, that's not possible. That's your app's iTunes link. Then again, I don't know everything and there's a chance I'm incorrect.

I think this is the shortest possible link to your game (without using a URL shortener):

Alternatively if you want to text it then it may be easier just to get them to search the App Store for "Super Pirate".

Thank you for your help! Now it is a lot easier for me to send URLs to friends!
My game has been on app store for almost 4 days. Today it finally got into "new and noteworthy" category! I want to say thank you to the ones who helped me in this forum! This is the best forum I have ever seen. People are so generous to provide solutions.
