Help with "secret" text

Hello!

Before i start i would like to say that i'm a beginning programmer, so it would be nice to get an explanation with an answer, but if that's not possible, no problem!

I need something that covers up some letters/words with words of a known sentence. Below i will try to explain this.

I'll try to explain this as good as possible:
I would like to let the user type some secret words. So there's a sentence like: "Hello, im new to this and i need help!". The user want to type the secret message: IPhone (just examples!).
The user types Hello, im .iphone.his and i need help!
the firt "." needs to be replaced with a "n" in this case, the "i" with an "e", and it should continue like this.
And because .iphone. would be covered up with the other character the text would show:
Hello, im new to this and i need help!

is this possible, and what would be the answer for me?

I would really appreciate any help

If this isn't possible, maybe a code that just types a standard sentence whatever te user types (only if a user types "." first!

Thanks for your help, but it's not exactly what i needed. I want to cover up the word "iphone" (just example, but should be any word between "."s)to be hided with characters from the standard (in your case: Hi, i'm marvick3 and iphone Developer!) sentence
