CoreMotionTeapot Leak

While working on an app that uses Core Motion i looked at the CoreMotionTeapot sample. I noticed a leak in my application, so i decided to test the CoreMotionTeapot sample for leaks since that is what i used as basis for my application. Low and behold i see the same leak in the CoreMotionTeapot sample as well. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Apple's code is full of leaks. Also Apple need to start updating some of their sample's as a few no longer work on newer version of iOS properly. The Bluetooth one's give nice warnings on iOS 4.0.1 & >.
Still pissing me off that Bluetooth unavailable try again later.
