Default ScrollView background question please

In the "Notes" app on the iPhone, how is the yellow notepaper background effect achieved?
Anyone have an idea on this?
Thanks again everyone.

What is the question?
Do you want to know how to draw lines?
Or is it the font?
Is it about the scrolling animation?
What do you want to achieve exactly?

In the notes app, when an item is selected it slides to a new view. The view background (wrong term?) looks like yellow notebook paper. When you add notes the text goes to the next line.
I'm trying to understand how the yellow notebook paper effect is achieved.

My guess?

The background is an image and the textview on top of it is a clear image.

To line it up, use basic math...or resize the image so that the lines match the lines on the textview.

That would be my approach as well.
