iPad app 'crashes' at startup. Please help.
I am getting bad reviews and reports from users (from what I can gather less than 1% of users) that my app is crashing on startup, and simply reverts back to the iPad screen. Some of these people have emailed me and I request for them to send in a crash report and give them directions on how to do this, but I don't have a single crash report in iTunes Connect. Of course there are thousands of people where its working fine, but everyone who sees the crash is rating it 1 star, and since a very small percentage of users who love it actually rate it, my ratings suck. More than that though I really want to fix this crashing issue but have no idea how to do it, it works fine on my iPad of course, and getting another iPad and have it crash is going to be near impossible with such a low chance. How do you handle this type of rare issue? Is my only hope getting a crash report? If I get one will it be of any use?
