Need Help Submitting App to App Store

I was trying to submit my iphone app to the app store last night, but ran into a few problems:

1. SKU Number - What is this and how do I get one?

2. Copyright - The field labeled copyright said to put the year and company name. Do I need to go through any process to get a copyright, or do I automatically have copyright over code that I write?

3. Support URL - I don't currently have a website, nor do I plan on getting a website, so what should I put in the 'Support URL' field (it was a required field).

If you can help me with any of these three issues, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

1. You make it up yourself, however you want the sales reports to identify your app, I usually just use my app's name

2. If it's an individual account just enter 2010 Your Name, you don't have to go through any process

3. It's a required field because you need a website, that is how your customers contact you for support issues, I actually just set up a blogspot site, it's free
