creating a link (not so easy)

Hi guys,

I have created a page on my site to talk about the apps that I have already on the App Store.

The page is at
iphone applications

This page contains links to my apps. But if you visit the page using an iPhone and click on any of its link, as this one...

... the link will not open the App Store application. It will show you an error instead. The links work fine if you visit the page using a Mac or PC.

So, how to create a link in a page that opens the App Store application (if the user is visiting the page with an iPhone) and opens iTunes if the user is visiting the page with a Mac or Windows???
