Default Offset my table header and footer when in edit mode

Hi,
I have a UITableView that allows editing. When I hit EDIT the rows of the table all shift to the right and display a "minus symbol in a circle". This is built in I guess/.

However,
My header and footer both contain images that do not move so the interface looks weird in editing mode. Is there a way to override the shift that the rows do when editing or to move the header and footer images the same amount when editing so everything lines up still?

I want my footer and header images to stay in line with the cell row background image at all times.

I have tried a number of different things.

Any advice?

Thanks,
Rob
