It's working for me. Try removing your cookies in your web browser.

I am wondering which browser you are using. I am using Safari. I still have problem to login. I remove all the cookies from browser settings, and set "Accept Cookies" option to Always...But it seems that still does not log in for me. By the way, do i need a license in order to login the forum.

I think I have an idea that why I can not login to the developer forum, since my Enterprise program license is not proved yet. According to Apple instruction, it seems that only Standard, Enterprise or University program can access the Forum.
