Only Audio, No Video SDK 4.1

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem. When I press the button to start playing the video, only the audio plays and not the video. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

you can give in which view the movie will play like

[self.view addSubView:theMovie.view];

Sorry tried that already and that didnt do anything :/
