Default Problem with deploying app on iPhone OS 3

Hi All,

I submitted my app to app store and I was curious to find whether my app works on iOS 3.1.2. So in my target tab I changed the deployment to iPhone 3.0 and tried to install the app and it's throwing me this following error. Please help me guys..I am unable to figure it out..

The Info.plist for application at /Users/Downloads/AppName/build/Debug-iphoneos/Demo.app specifies a minimum OS version of 4.0, which is too high to be installed on iPhone

Well the deployment setting should do the trick if you want to install the app in iOS 3.*
Have you treid the "Clean All tagets" option and then build the app again?

Are you sure you are not changing 'release' settings while building with 'debug'? As TUX2K pointed out, this is the correct way to target 3.0 >
