Menu based on UIScrollView

Hi!

I'm trying to build my first app. I need advice.

I want to make menu like in this Traffic Eye app: sliding icons and that which is in the middle becomes bigger. I know that it must be based on UIScrollView, but no more =)

Would be great, if someone gives me advice about the best way to do this.
