Making a peomo video help

How can i record the screen on my ipad for a promo video?

Is there a free Way to do this?

i have a drum machine in my app so i have to be able to use more than a mouse.

I would love to be able to make a demo video of our apps on the ipad and iphone but they are outsourced to a developer and we don't have access to any Apple hardware i.e. Macs, any ideas on how I could create a demo video ?
