Do you also have problem using promo codes with iPad?

For some reason, people can purchase my client's app (for iPhone,iPod) on their iPad. Downloads and works no problem. But the client sent out promo codes to a couple iPad users, and they get the message of "not compatible with device." Yet, the same user on the same iPad can buy the identical app and it downloads just fine and works.

Anyone know a way around this? Kinda makes promo codes useless for the iPad, if this is the case.

I would try contacting apple and see if this is a know bug, FYI promo codes are only good if the user has their iTunes account country set to the US.

Thanks. Yes, they are in the US with a US account. Will contact Apple.
