Is it possible to install .ipa in the iPhone simulator?

Hi there!

I'm working in an iPhone demo application and, once it is finished, I want to send it to someone so he can download the iPhone Simulator, install it on and try it. Is it possible? If so, how can this be done (what I have to send, where to download just the simulator, etc)?
