app crashes in simulator

As I was building my app, I checked what my app looked like in the simulator. The build succeeded but when it launched in the simulator the app loaded then suddenly quit. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am running Xcode 3.1.2.

Do you really think anybody can solve the problem given only what you have stated so far?

At least post the error message. Depending on what that says, some code will need to be posted.
