Xcode makes my icon smaller

Hi,
I am setting the icon in .plist fine and my app icon looks right size outside of iphone. But when I deploy the app into simulator, my app icon looks smaller compared to rest of the icons there.

Is there a setting to keep it at regular size ? I think Xcode is doing something, not sure what to change.

ok..i found the answer. The icons designed by this site iPhone Icon, Favicon, .ico Generator are the ones having problem. If you just add your raw image to xcode, it will add rounded corners and gloss.
