develop on jailbroken iphone with Apple Dev account

I have jailbroken device 3GS (3.1.3). Is it possible to develop on that device using normal Apple way (I mean having dev account 99$) ?

Only kidding. No you'll be fine. I wouldn't be surprised that eventually provisioning profiles will start to fail on jail borked devices but for the moment all should be ok

Ok,

I was trying to run app without apple's dev account. Just disabled code signing, but i can't run app on device because of provisionning profile warrning. I saw there is some way to solve that problem but it looks complicated. I would like to click 'Play' in XCode and directly run on device. But without App dev account it is probably not possible ?

No just buy the dev membership. It is far easier in the long term.
