playing background music during call

during a call, i can keep the conversation going while you switch to another task, such as playing movie with sounds. using multitasking ?

But sound will not work, it is possible to play sound when on a phone call.

i am on a call to paly sounds.
Ex: someone calling to me. i want say i am out side. actually i am in some place at that time i want prove something that time i want to play one.wmv file in my phone.
other person also heard that file sound when we are doing conversations.

this my real app.
how can i do ? is it possible?
