Default Close when die in backgrounding

When I close my app and then reopening it, it resumes to its current state like it should. When I close my app, double click the home button and end the process, and then reopen it, it goes to place you left off and freezes. How can I actually end the process when you kill the app?

Is it possible to not allow backgrounding and kill the app when it enters the background? I found it on google once but I can't find it now.

Yes, this is easily done by adding the key "UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend" to your info.plist file and set the value to true.
