Set iAd up properly?

How would I set up iAd in my application so that Apple will accept I. My app already got denied once for iad not being set up correctly. How would I do this? I looked at the Apple documentation on how to do it but it is not very clear.

Yeah you need to set it up right. I would be totally for a video tut guys! hint hint.

There is a text based tut somewhere and the apple dev WWDC has it
