Question Will apps using only a UIWebView get rejected from the AppStore?

Before I spend $100 on the developer program (so I can sell or give away my small utility app) I have a question.

Will this app get rejected because it is not XCode enough?

I'm not an XCode developer but a web application developer. I have created an iPhone app that consists of a UIWebView and nothing else. The content displayed is local content only, no Internet access is needed. Other than the minimum of XCode to display the UIWebView full screen and forced into landscape mode, the entire app is standard web programming. So the app code consists of a tiny amount of XCode, html, CSS, jquery, javascript and png images. It is a good looking, usuable utility as it is. Nothing even indicates to the user it is actually HTML. It just looks like any other iPhone app.

Will this app get rejected because it is not XCode enough?

lol no, it was in HTML5.

On topic.

Well you are using a UIWebView after all, it should not be a big problem, but you never know until you submit your app.

There are ton of apps in the AppStore with only UIWebView. So, you shouldn't have any problem. UIWebView is a documented API, so there is no reason for them to reject.
