My icon doesnt fit the whole space. It leaves a clear border on bottom, sides, and top. I made sure it was the right dimensions. I used this generator: iPhone Icon, Favicon, .ico Generator

I can't speak for the generator because I didn't design it, but the iPhone will add the gloss and rounded corners, all you have to do is provide the image.
