Re-submitting App to AppStore of a different country

I already have an App in the US AppStore.

I want to make the same app available in the AppStore of a different country.

I cannot "Update" because my App has not changed.

How do I do this?

iTunes Connect -> manage apps -> choose app -> edit information -> Pricing -> "Select the App Stores in which you would like to sell your application."

don't know if you need an update, 'tho.

Thanks for your suggestion, finefin. Your suggestion worked just fine. I did not need to update my app.
