How to capture video?
I need to make a promo video for my app. In the past, I was able to capture the video from the simulator, but the current version of my app only gets about 8 fps in the simulator, so I need a way to capture video directly from the device. Anyone know how to do this? I need to capture from a 3rd gen iPod touch or iPhone4.
(Also, I don't want to have to jailbreak any of my devices to do this.)
